Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Aboudia was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October last year. The price achieved of GBP 50,700.00 (€ 59,064.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aboudia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in July last year with an auction result of GBP 504,000.00 (€ 601,865.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Aboudia kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 50.700,00 (€ 59.064,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aboudia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 504.000,00 (€ 601.865,52).
