This price was achieved in the auction Post War and Contemporary Art 1990 To Now at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Allen Ruppersberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paper Drive (For Claire) in June 2015 with an auction result of USD 57,500.00 (€ 51,551.01).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art 1990 To Now bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Allen Ruppersberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paper Drive (For Claire) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 57.500,00 (€ 51.551,01).
