In September last year Phillips in an online auction held the auction INTERSECT: Online Auction, which included the work AR07-32 by Ayako Rokkaku. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 441,000.00 (€ 57,384.54), 47% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ayako Rokkaku achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Girl with Animals in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 47 % übertroffen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion INTERSECT: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit AR07-32 von Ayako Rokkaku zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 441.000,00 (€ 57.384,54) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ayako Rokkaku erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Girl with Animals im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
