The work Laugh Now by Banksy was sold in the Banksy auction at Sothebys in London in September 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 100,800.00 (€ 117,282.20), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Banksy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Love is in the Bin in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 18,582,000.00 (€ 22,014,651.32).

Die Arbeit Laugh Now von Banksy wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion Banksy bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 100.800,00 (€ 117.282,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Banksy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Love is in the Bin im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.582.000,00 (€ 22.014.651,32).
