Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Vent debout by Chu Teh-Chun was sold in the Modern Evening Auction auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 30,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 34,255,000.00 (€ 4,141,678.85). Admittedly, works by Chu Teh-Chun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harmonie Hivernale in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 229,568,000.00 (€ 24,578,851.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vent debout von Chu Teh-Chun wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern Evening Auction bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 34.255.000,00 (€ 4.141.678,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chu Teh-Chun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harmonie Hivernale im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 229.568.000,00 (€ 24.578.851,54).
