In December 2021 Christies in New York held the auction Image World | Contemporary Art from a Private American Collection, which included this untitled work by Cindy Sherman. The »bidding war« ended at USD 52,500.00 (€ 46,386.29), 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cindy Sherman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled #93 in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 3,861,000.00 (€ 2,830,645.16).

Im Dezember 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Image World | Contemporary Art from a Private American Collection durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Cindy Sherman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 52.500,00 (€ 46.386,29) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cindy Sherman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled #93 im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.861.000,00 (€ 2.830.645,16).
