Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Herbstlandschaft, 1918 by Cuno Amiet was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Auction auction at Sothebys in Zurich in June last year. The price achieved of CHF 69,300.00 (€ 69,313.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cuno Amiet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Die Wahrheit. 1913. in December last year with an auction result of CHF 890,800.00 (€ 901,041.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Herbstlandschaft, 1918 von Cuno Amiet wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Auction bei Sothebys in Zürich versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 69.300,00 (€ 69.313,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cuno Amiet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Die Wahrheit. 1913. im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 890.800,00 (€ 901.041,95).
