Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2012 Christies in London held the auction Anouska Hempel. Kay Saatchi. Ivor Braka.Three Tastemakers, which included the work Figures Before A Great House (Untitled) by Ferdinand Reichardt. It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,319.05) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ferdinand Reichardt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Falls in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 42,657.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Anouska Hempel. Kay Saatchi. Ivor Braka.Three Tastemakers durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figures Before A Great House (Untitled) von Ferdinand Reichardt zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.319,05) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ferdinand Reichardt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Falls im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 42.657,52).
