Admittedly, works by Genieve Figgis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Debutants Ball in March last year with an auction result of CNY 4,032,000.00 (€ 573,196.07).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 94.500,00 (€ 81.627,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Genieve Figgis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Debutants Ball im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 4.032.000,00 (€ 573.196,07).
