Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Grisebach held the auction Sommer 2021 - Zeitgenössische Kunst, which included the work Kissenbild. by Gotthard Graubner. The price achieved of EUR 31,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gotthard Graubner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Farbraumkörper I in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 580,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Grisebach die Auktion Sommer 2021 - Zeitgenössische Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kissenbild. von Gotthard Graubner zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 31.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gotthard Graubner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Farbraumkörper I im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 580.000,00.
