Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Country Club—Mixed Doubles by Hurvin Anderson was auctioned at Phillips in New York in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 604,800.00 (€ 535,837.69). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hurvin Anderson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Audition in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 7,369,000.00 (€ 8,730,274.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Country Club—Mixed Doubles von Hurvin Anderson kam im November 2021 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 604.800,00 (€ 535.837,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hurvin Anderson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Audition im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.369.000,00 (€ 8.730.274,76).
