The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,825.00 (€ 3,241.53), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Laurie Simmons achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Walking Chanel Purse in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 94,535.83).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.825,00 (€ 3.241,53) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Laurie Simmons erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Walking Chanel Purse im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 94.535,83).
