The work Green Prison by Peter Halley was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2021. It achieved a price of EUR 69,300.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54 %. Admittedly, works by Peter Halley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yellow Cell With Triple Conduit in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 513,000.00 (€ 584,078.81).

Die Arbeit Green Prison von Peter Halley kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 69.300,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Halley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yellow Cell With Triple Conduit im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 513.000,00 (€ 584.078,81).
