Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,500,000.00 – 6,500,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,820,000.00 (€ 4,374,262.64) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Robert Gober have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2018 the work without title was auctioned for USD 7,287,500.00 (€ 6,244,644.39).
