Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La couronne de fleurs II by Tamara de Lempicka was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 551,250.00 (€ 614,877.38). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tamara de Lempicka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait de Marjorie Ferry in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 16,380,000.00 (€ 18,984,457.14).
