This artwork by Urs Fischer achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in November 2021. In the 21st Century Evening Sale auction, the work CHAOS #73 Consumer sold for USD 225,000.00 (€ 199,344.38) - well above the upper estimate of USD 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Urs Fischer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Lamp/Bear) in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 6,802,500.00 (€ 4,731,844.74).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Urs Fischer erzielte im November 2021 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 21st Century Evening Sale wurde die Arbeit CHAOS #73 Consumer für USD 225.000,00 (€ 199.344,38) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 120.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Urs Fischer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Lamp/Bear) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.802.500,00 (€ 4.731.844,74).
