This artwork by Wolf Kahn achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts in November last year. In the Modern & Contemporary Art auction, the work Near the Potomac in Spring sold for USD 55,000.00 (€ 53,279.09) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wolf Kahn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Atlantic Highlands, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 212,500.00 (€ 188,269.69).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Wolf Kahn erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Near the Potomac in Spring für USD 55.000,00 (€ 53.279,09) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Wolf Kahn mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Atlantic Highlands beobachtet, die im November 2021 für USD 212.500,00 (€ 188.269,69) versteigert wurde.
