This work without title by Robert Nava was sold in the Trespassing auction at Christies in New York in July last year. The »bidding war« ended at USD 11,340.00 (€ 11,115.47), 42% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Nava achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Before Minotaur in October last year with an auction result of GBP 639,600.00 (€ 745,126.92).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Robert Nava wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Trespassing bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 11.340,00 (€ 11.115,47) und damit 42% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Nava erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Before Minotaur im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 639.600,00 (€ 745.126,92).
