On March 2, the Kunstmuseum Basel opens two parallel exhibitions: In the main building, the show Ingenious Women. Women Artists and their Companions presents around 100 works and social backgrounds from the early modern period. In the new building, Dan Flavin. Dedications in Lights examines his works in rarely discussed contexts.

Geniale Frauen und Lichtwidmungen
Am 2. März eröffnet das Kunstmuseum Basel zwei parallele Ausstellungen: Im Hauptbau präsentiert die Schau Geniale Frauen. Künstlerinnen und ihre Weggefährten etwa 100 Werke und gesellschaftliche Hintergründe aus der Frühen Neuzeit. Im Neubau werden in Dan Flavin. Widmungen aus Licht dessen Werke in selten besprochenen Kontexten unter die Lupe genommen.
