Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Abdul Hadi El-Gazzar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Construction Of The Suez Canal im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.023.750,00 (€ 743.086,30).
