In October 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art, which included the work Untitled (Two Women) by Abdulrahim Apabhai Almelkar. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,000.00 (€ 13,987.50), 33% above the upper estimate. Other works by Abdulrahim Apabhai Almelkar have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 17,500.00 (€ 16,292.71) in March 2015 for the work Udaipur Landscape.

Im Oktober 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Two Women) von Abdulrahim Apabhai Almelkar zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 13.987,50) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Abdulrahim Apabhai Almelkar haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 16.292,71) im März 2015 für die Arbeit Udaipur Landscape beobachtet.
