An Austrian cold painted bronze pigeon inkwell
in the manner of Franz Xavier Bergmann (Austrian, 1861–1936)
the bird with hinged neck cover (now lacking ink receiver), raised on a rusticated base, with naturalistic painted decoration and indistinct GUSCHUZT mark, 17.5cm high
