Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Anatoly Zverev could be acquired at Christies in London in November 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists auction, the work Vase and cat changed hands for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,625.49) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anatoly Zverev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of a woman in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 45,000.00 (€ 51,081.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Anatoly Zverev konnte im November 2007 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists wechselte die Arbeit Vase and cat für GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.625,49) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anatoly Zverev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of a woman im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 51.081,69).
