Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Die Heuernte (Zyklus Arbeit) by Arthur Segal was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2016. The price achieved of EUR 43,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Arthur Segal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work „Selbstporträt“. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 375,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Die Heuernte (Zyklus Arbeit) von Arthur Segal kam im Dezember 2016 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 43.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Segal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit „Selbstporträt“. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 375.000,00.
