Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Friends by Ayako Rokkaku was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in April this year. The price achieved of HKD 504,000.00 (€ 514,682.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ayako Rokkaku have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Little Girl with Animals in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Friends von Ayako Rokkaku kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 504.000,00 (€ 514.682,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ayako Rokkaku auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Little Girl with Animals im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
