Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paire de deux sculptures by Bertina Lopes was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 3,825.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bertina Lopes have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ritratto in March last year with an auction result of GBP 20,250.00 (€ 24,008.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paire de deux sculptures von Bertina Lopes kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.825,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bertina Lopes auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ritratto im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.250,00 (€ 24.008,65).
