Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jeanne Moreau - Vers 1980 by Bettina Rheims was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2020. The price achieved of EUR 1,040.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bettina Rheims achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Crucifixion in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 41,125.00 (€ 47,302.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jeanne Moreau - Vers 1980 von Bettina Rheims kam im Oktober 2020 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.040,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bettina Rheims erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Crucifixion im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 41.125,00 (€ 47.302,74).
