Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Carlo Zinelli was auctioned at Christies in New York in January 2003. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,145.00 (€ 12,240.43). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carlo Zinelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1957, which sold at auction in January 2019 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,652.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Carlo Zinelli kam im Januar 2003 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.145,00 (€ 12.240,43) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Carlo Zinelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled, 1957 beobachtet, die im Januar 2019 für USD 50.000,00 (€ 43.652,87) versteigert wurde.
