Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Middle Eastern Art auction at Christies in London in November 2020. The price achieved of GBP 100,000.00 (€ 111,633.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tchaar-Bagh in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,609,000.00 (€ 1,033,530.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Middle Eastern Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 100.000,00 (€ 111.633,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tchaar-Bagh im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.609.000,00 (€ 1.033.530,32).
