Admittedly, works by Claude Gillot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figures In An Elegant Interior Watching An Entertainment With Commedia Dell'Arte Characters in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 98,089.00).
