Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Grazing goats by David Tindle for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,407.72). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by David Tindle have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tea in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,232.59).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Grazing goats von David Tindle für GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.407,72) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Tindle auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tea im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.200,00 (€ 6.232,59).
