Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Deng Fen achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. In the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction, the work Picking Lotus sold for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 18,781.99) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Deng Fen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Encounter By The Lakeside Pavilion in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 7,060,000.00 (€ 777,036.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Deng Fen erzielte im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings wurde die Arbeit Picking Lotus für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 18.781,99) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Deng Fen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Encounter By The Lakeside Pavilion im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.060.000,00 (€ 777.036,40).
