This artwork by Diego Giacometti achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in December 2020. In the Impressionist & Modern Art - Evening Sale auction, the work Table Feuilles Aux Oiseaux Et Aux Grenouilles sold for EUR 356,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Diego Giacometti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La console 'Hommage à Böcklin' in October this year with an auction result of GBP 5,122,000.00 (€ 5,881,478.99).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Diego Giacometti erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art - Evening Sale wurde die Arbeit Table Feuilles Aux Oiseaux Et Aux Grenouilles für EUR 356.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Diego Giacometti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La console 'Hommage à Böcklin' im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.122.000,00 (€ 5.881.478,99).
