Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Evgeny Rukhin was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 6,000.00 – 800,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,002.45) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Evgeny Rukhin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Da Nyet, 1975 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 265,000.00 (€ 170,220.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Evgeny Rukhin kam im Juni 2016 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.002,45) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Evgeny Rukhin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Da Nyet, 1975 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 265.000,00 (€ 170.220,97).
