Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Red Jar by Farhad Moshiri was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in April 2011. The price achieved of USD 104,500.00 (€ 70,508.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Farhad Moshiri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Secret Garden in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 987,750.00 (€ 750,113.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Red Jar von Farhad Moshiri kam im April 2011 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 70.508,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Farhad Moshiri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Secret Garden im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 987.750,00 (€ 750.113,91).
