Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Feng Chaoran was sold in the Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 330,400 (€ 37,489), 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Feng Chaoran have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work in October 2010 with an auction result of HKD 3,740,000 (€ 347,243).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Feng Chaoran wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 330.400 (€ 37.489) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Feng Chaoran auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.740.000 (€ 347.243).
