Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Photographer by Helen Bradley was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in April last year. The price achieved of GBP 956.25 (€ 1,140.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helen Bradley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Oh it's the King and Queen in April 2019 with an auction result of GBP 162,500.00 (€ 189,034.46).
