Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Vase by Hélène D'Oettingen was sold in the Homage to Serge Férat: Haba et Alban Roussot Collection auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2007. The price achieved of EUR 1,859.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hélène D'Oettingen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysage in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 89,250.00.

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Vase von Hélène D'Oettingen wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion Homage to Serge Férat: Haba et Alban Roussot Collection bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.859,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hélène D'Oettingen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysage im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 89.250,00.
