Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work David 'Chim' Seymour and Robert Capa by Henri Cartier-Bresson was sold in the The World of Henri Cartier-Bresson: Photographs from the Personal Collection of Peter Fetterman auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,048.00 (€ 5,343.70). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Cartier-Bresson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work On the Banks of the Marne, France in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 212,500.00 (€ 195,043.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit David 'Chim' Seymour and Robert Capa von Henri Cartier-Bresson wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion The World of Henri Cartier-Bresson: Photographs from the Personal Collection of Peter Fetterman bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
