In April 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Joseph H. Hirshhorn: Collector for a Nation, Part II, which included the work Haifa by Herman Rose. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,260.00 (€ 1,047.38), 26% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Herman Rose have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers On A Chair in April 2021 with an auction result of USD 8,190.00 (€ 6,807.98).

Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Joseph H. Hirshhorn: Collector for a Nation, Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Haifa von Herman Rose zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.260,00 (€ 1.047,38) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Herman Rose auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers On A Chair im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.190,00 (€ 6.807,98).
