In March 2017 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Pilgrims journeying to the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem beyond by Hermann Corrodi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,297.53), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hermann Corrodi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian the Fountain Of The Sweet Waters Of Asia, On The Bosphorus in April 2013 with an auction result of GBP 518,500.00 (€ 611,859.93).

Im März 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pilgrims journeying to the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem beyond von Hermann Corrodi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.297,53) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hermann Corrodi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian the Fountain Of The Sweet Waters Of Asia, On The Bosphorus im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 518.500,00 (€ 611.859,93).
