This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Art at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 many times over. This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by Izumi Kato that we have observed at auctions so far.
