This artwork by Jack Hoggan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Edinburgh in October 2021. In the The Scottish Sale auction, the work The Poppy Dress sold for GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jack Hoggan; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Scarlet Ribbons, Lovely Ribbons sold at auction in October 2020 with the realized price of GBP 93,812.50 (€ 104,170.78).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jack Hoggan erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Edinburgh einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Scottish Sale wurde die Arbeit The Poppy Dress für GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00.
