Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Stillleben mit Löffeln, 1981. by Jan Groover was auctioned at Koller in July 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 875.00 (€ 766.68) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Groover achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life Studies in June 2010 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,170.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Stillleben mit Löffeln, 1981. von Jan Groover kam im Juli 2017 bei Koller zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 875,00 (€ 766,68) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Groover erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life Studies im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.170,04).
