The work « Les Gémeaux» by Jean Lurçat was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Lurçat achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paravent 'Les Arlequins' À Quatre Feuilles, Pièce Unique, Vers 1924 in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 536,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit « Les Gémeaux» von Jean Lurçat kam im Oktober 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Lurçat erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paravent 'Les Arlequins' À Quatre Feuilles, Pièce Unique, Vers 1924 im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 536.000,00.
