It achieved a price of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 26,218.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Korovin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From The Terrace, Gurzuf in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,497,250.00 (€ 1,892,574.20).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 26.218,35) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Korovin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View From The Terrace, Gurzuf im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.497.250,00 (€ 1.892.574,20).
