Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jackie by LeRoy Neiman was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in May 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,147.50 (€ 941.04) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by LeRoy Neiman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Football Star Constellation in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 430,000.00 (€ 385,235.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jackie von LeRoy Neiman kam im Mai 2021 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.147,50 (€ 941,04) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von LeRoy Neiman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Football Star Constellation im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 430.000,00 (€ 385.235,62).
