Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Femme lisant. by Louis Moilliet was sold in the Schweizer Kunst auction at Koller in June 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 3,120.00 (€ 2,537.73) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Louis Moilliet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blütenzweige In Einem Glas Blossom Branch In A Glass in June 2009 with an auction result of CHF 37,500.00 (€ 24,613.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Femme lisant. von Louis Moilliet wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Schweizer Kunst bei Koller versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 3.120,00 (€ 2.537,73) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Moilliet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blütenzweige In Einem Glas Blossom Branch In A Glass im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 37.500,00 (€ 24.613,05).
