Auction result well in line with expectations
The work WINTER SCENE by Lu Zishu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Christies in New York in March 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,250.00 (€ 2,094.78) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Zishu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape After Ancient Artists in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 21,671.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit WINTER SCENE von Lu Zishu wurde im März 2015 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Christies in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 2.250,00 (€ 2.094,78) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Zishu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape After Ancient Artists im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 21.671,53).
