It achieved a price of EUR 14,650.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 22 %. Admittedly, works by Marc Aldine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Venetian canal in March 2002 with an auction result of GBP 39,950.00 (€ 65,307.73).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 14.650,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 22 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marc Aldine auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Venetian canal im März 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 39.950,00 (€ 65.307,73).
